Instructions
| 1. | First draw a balloon approx. 20 cm freehand on the copy paper and cut it out. |
| 2. | Place the balloon on the desired toning paper, outline it with a pencil and cut it out. |
| 3. | Punch out the desired motifs with the punches and glue them to the individual balloons with PaperFix glue. |
| 4. | Cut a paper cord approx. 1 meter long for each balloon. Wrap it around the pencil to create a spiral that can be easily pulled apart. Tie one end to the end of the balloon. |
